Pama Mitchell is a writer and educator who lives in Cincinnati. She writes about food, dining and travel for many publications including the Cincinnati Enquirer, Whole Living Journal, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Nashville Tennessean, Indianapolis Star and other national, regional and local newspapers and magazines. Pama has a PhD in Mass Communication Research from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and is an adjunct associate professor of communication at the University of Cincinnati (UC). As a passionate foodie with a lifelong commitment to good health and nutrition as well as a devotion to the pleasures of the table, Pama lives in the Clifton neighborhood of Cincinnati with her husband George Bishop, who is a professor of political science at UC.
