Berry Blast (2-8 oz. servings)

AM or PM High Fiber drink

½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup lowfat silken tofu
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen raspberries
1 tbsp natural sugar (or other sweetener)
1 – 1 ½ cups low cal cranberry juice
¼ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs. wheat germ

Allow frozen strawberries to defrost (about 7 min). In blender, mix tofu and other berries for 10 seconds on “whip”. Add strawberries. Mix 5 seconds. Add cranberry juice ½ cup at a time to reach desired consistency. Add remaining ingredients and mix 5 seconds. Freeze leftovers. To reuse, defrost for 10 minutes, then blend for 40 seconds until smooth
